Terms & Conditions – betaaa Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the betaaa platform (available at betaaa.vip, hereinafter referred to as "betaaa", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "you") agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and betaaa.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using betaaa. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to and use of betaaa is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. betaaa is strictly an adult platform. Underage gambling is prohibited. betaaa reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• You must be registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing betaaa from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of betaaa is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of betaaa or any of its affiliated companies or gaming providers.

Each individual may hold only one betaaa account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. betaaa may, at its sole discretion, reject any registration application without being required to provide a reason for such rejection.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betaaa account credentials, including your email address and password. You agree to notify betaaa immediately via live chat support if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any other security breach.

betaaa shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from sharing your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account while logged in, including bets placed and withdrawals requested, will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

You agree that your betaaa account is personal to you and that you will not permit any other person to use your account. Accounts found to be shared or operated by a third party may be closed without notice.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

betaaa supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods and their respective minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed within your betaaa account portal and are subject to change.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own name. betaaa prohibits deposits from third-party payment accounts. betaaa is not a financial institution and your account balance does not accrue interest.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, subject to betaaa's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requirements. betaaa reserves the right to request supporting documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are set out in the Payment section of the Platform.

betaaa reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse withdrawals where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on betaaa are subject to the specific game rules, sportsbook rules, and betting limits applicable to each product and market. It is the User's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the relevant rules before placing any bet.

betaaa reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Where an obvious pricing error has occurred;
• Where there is evidence that a bet was placed using information that is not publicly available (inside information);
• Where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or the outcome determined by circumstances outside the normal conduct of the event;
• Where betaaa has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the relevant event has been compromised.

betaaa's decisions regarding voided bets, results, and winnings calculations are final, subject only to the complaints procedure described in Section 12.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

betaaa may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional offers to Users. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

betaaa reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotions, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, at any time, engage in any of the following activities in connection with your use of betaaa:

• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity intended to corrupt the outcome of a sporting event;
• Laundering money or using betaaa for any illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betaaa staff or other users;
• Using betaaa in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

betaaa actively monitors for prohibited conduct and will cooperate fully with relevant law enforcement authorities where required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the betaaa Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game software, and user interface design, is the intellectual property of betaaa or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content from the betaaa Platform may be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without the express prior written consent of betaaa.

9. Limitation of Liability

betaaa provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betaaa disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

betaaa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, data loss, or delays in transaction processing. betaaa's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in that User's betaaa account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence.

10. Responsible Gaming

betaaa is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Access to the Platform is strictly limited to users aged 18 years and older. betaaa provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Users, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a set period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your betaaa account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your betaaa account if you feel your gaming is becoming problematic.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements;
• A User's voluntary self-exclusion request;
• At betaaa's sole discretion for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Upon account closure, betaaa will return any remaining verified balance to the User via their registered payment method, less any amounts that are subject to investigation, pending KYC verification, or otherwise withheld in accordance with these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to betaaa's international operating entity. betaaa operates under international gaming frameworks and holds relevant authorisations applicable to its operations.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, account balance, or any other matter, Users should contact betaaa support via live chat in the first instance. betaaa aims to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Decisions made by betaaa following a good-faith review of the relevant evidence are final and binding.

Pakistani Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for ensuring their use of betaaa complies with all applicable laws in Pakistan. betaaa does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to These Terms

betaaa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be notified to registered Users via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of betaaa following the posting of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure via live chat support.
